A named fund is a distinctive opportunity to personally and strategically support the research and talent at the Institute for Social Sciences and Humanities (ISSH). Individuals, foundations, and corporations can establish a named fund starting from $100,000, with the intention of perpetuity. These funds can be initiated through donations or bequests, ensuring lasting impact. As the founder of a named fund, you can direct your contribution towards one of the following specific goals within ISSH’s broad mission.

The ISSH has been designated as a ‘Public Benefit Organization’ (ANBI) in The Netherlands, and 501(c)3 in the US. That is why we do not have to pay inheritance tax on your assets. This also means that 100% of what you leave behind, goes directly to the Principal Endowment and will have impact on many lives. Your support can significantly contribute to the future of the Institute for Social Sciences and Humanities (ISSH) through a bequest or inheritance.
